Description

Edgewood ave mall grass has not been mowed at the sidewalk. Where is the parks department? Why don't they acknowledge this negligence?

I don't know what is going on at the Parks Dept. I have been assured that there have not been recent budget cuts which is the usual excuse. The grass in front of Mitchell Library is a foot high.

It is time to mow now. Parks may have left grass long at the cross streets because tulips bloomed there earlier in the spring and need their leaves to stay green for a while so they will bloom next year. It si not recommended to mow tulips soon after blooming.

where the grass is 2 feet high has nothing to do with the tulips. There are wonderful people who take care of the flowers. there are no flowers where the grass is high. I have lived here for over 30 years and it used to really look special. Whom ever mowed did a bad job.some of the lawn did not get completely mowed. I think we need to call the parks department because apparently they do not pay any attention to "see clix fix".
